Bean bags will provide many hours of fun for your kids while developing many skills such as hand eye coordination, aim and balance. They are easier to catch than a ball & won’t roll away like a ball does.
They can be used for a simple game of “throw the bag in a bucket or box, balancing them on wooden spoons or on their heads and racing, juggling (start with 2 bags) and even tag.
Instead of sending my smallest scraps to landfill, I make these cute little items. I keep the price low because they’re made from scraps.
I fill them with dried beans/chick peas as I don’t want to contribute to the world’s plastic overload, however this does make them vulnerable to moisture, therefore they should be used inside or only outside on a dry day.
Each bag measures approximately 10x10cm
